Wanna know the biggest mistake most people make? They had their resolutions, but they didn’t plan right. A lot of people just write their goal on a slip of paper, tack it on their fridge, and then do their best to achieve it every day. Others go through a process, and write goals down in a journal, yet never find the motivation to work on the goals after a few weeks.

They were all missing the right plan. When you plan right, you have less stress and more confidence. Most importantly, you create time for what matters, and wield your time like a sword. That, in turn, gives you more motivation and energy to follow through.
